Below is the detailed BESTMOW “Try Before You Pay” Terms and Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”). Please read and understand all the provisions of this Policy carefully before registering and using the BESTMOW service. By clicking the “Agree” or “Accept” button and completing the registration process, or by using the BESTMOW service in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not register, use, or continue to use the BESTMOW service.

  1. Service Content and Usage

    • BESTMOW provides lawn mowing and related services via specialized devices or systems (“device” or “system”), offering users a professional and convenient lawn care experience.
    • Subject to this Policy, BESTMOW provides a 30-day free trial period (“Free Trial Period”). Starting from the 31st day, the service automatically transitions to a paid monthly subscription.
  2. Usage Scenarios
    • BESTMOW is primarily intended for residential lawn mowing, trimming, and maintenance. Specific functions are subject to the actual service/device description.
    • You must ensure that BESTMOW is used in a lawful and proper manner and complies with all applicable local regulations and environmental requirements.
  3. Registration and Credit Card Binding
    • To use the BESTMOW service, you are required to bind a valid credit card during registration. This credit card will be used to charge you once the paid subscription period begins.
    • You must ensure that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, you must update it promptly to ensure that BESTMOW can process payments properly and maintain contact with you.

    • The Free Trial Period begins on the day you successfully register and activate BESTMOW, lasting for 30 calendar days; no fees will be charged during this period.
    • You may cancel the service and return the device (if applicable) at any time during the Free Trial Period without incurring any costs.
  2. Fee Structure
    • After the Free Trial Period ends, starting from Day 31 (inclusive), BESTMOW automatically switches to a monthly paid subscription at a rate of 65 USD per month.
    • In cases of holidays or other factors causing billing delays, BESTMOW may postpone the billing date and notify you in advance.
    • BESTMOW reserves the right to adjust the subscription price based on market conditions but will provide 30 days’ notice via email, text message, or public announcement.
  3. Billing and Invoices
    • Once the paid subscription starts, BESTMOW will charge you on the first day of each monthly cycle. You must ensure your credit card is valid and has sufficient credit to cover the monthly fee.
    • If your payment cannot be processed due to insufficient credit limit, expired card, or other issues, BESTMOW will notify you via email, text message, or in-app notification. If payment is still not completed within 7 calendar days after such notice, BESTMOW may suspend or terminate your service and account.
  4. Invoice Requests
    • You can view your monthly billing details on the BESTMOW website or app. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for verification.
    • To request a paper or electronic invoice, please follow BESTMOW’s instructions (e.g., submit an online application, send an email to customer support, etc.). BESTMOW will issue your invoice promptly upon confirming receipt of your payment.

III. Cancellation, Unsubscription, and Refunds

  1. Cancellation During the Free Trial Period
    • You may cancel your BESTMOW service at any time within the 30-day Free Trial Period without incurring any fees.
    • If you are required to return the device, please do so within 7 calendar days after cancellation following the return instructions provided by BESTMOW. BESTMOW will cover all shipping costs for returning the device unless special circumstances apply (e.g., product defect requiring specific handling).
  2. Cancellation and Un-subscription After the Free Trial Period
    • After the Free Trial Period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. BESTMOW will stop further charges starting from the next billing cycle, and your service will end accordingly.
    • When canceling a paid subscription, you must return both the BESTMOW device and all accessories in accordance with the instructions provided by BESTMOW. Failure to do so may result in additional fees (including charges for missing or damaged items).
    • If you cancel your subscription during a billing cycle for which you have already been charged, the current month’s fee will not be refunded. However, if you are unable to use the service due to BESTMOW’s equipment or service failure, you may request a partial or full refund upon review by BESTMOW’s customer service and technical department.
    • If you fail to return the BESTMOW device and all required accessories within 7 calendar days after the subscription ends, or if the returned device is incomplete, damaged, or missing components, BESTMOW will automatically charge your credit card an amount equal to the retail value of the device (USD $1,499).
    • BESTMOW will cover all shipping costs for returning the device and accessories, unless otherwise specified in writing by BESTMOW.
  3. Refund Process
    • If you qualify for a refund, BESTMOW will issue the refund within 14 business days after confirming your refund request. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • If you are required to return any equipment, please follow BESTMOW’s instructions for packing and shipping. Refund processing will begin only after the device and all accessories are received and verified to be in good condition.

    • You must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and social morals when using BESTMOW. You shall not use BESTMOW for any unlawful or improper activities.

  2. Equipment Care and Protection
    • If you are using a physical device provided by BESTMOW, you must keep it in good condition, use it correctly, and avoid causing damage or personal injury due to improper operation or negligence.
    • If the device malfunctions, is damaged, or shows any other abnormalities, please contact BESTMOW customer service promptly.
  3. Account Security
    • Your BESTMOW account is your exclusive credential to access the BESTMOW service. You must keep your account information and password confidential and shall not transfer or assign them to any third party.
    • If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify BESTMOW immediately and report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

    • You must ensure that the credit card you bind is legal, valid, and maintains the necessary credit balance.
    • BESTMOW will protect your credit card information through industry-standard encryption and security protocols. However, you also bear a reasonable duty of care to prevent your credit card information from being stolen or disclosed.

However, in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, governmental actions, network failures, etc.) or causes not due to BESTMOW’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, resulting in service interruptions, malfunctions, or data loss, BESTMOW will not be liable for compensation.
    • During the paid subscription period, if service failures are caused by BESTMOW, you may contact official customer service for reasonable compensation or refund requests. BESTMOW will address such requests based on the actual circumstances.
  2. Indirect Damages
    • BESTMOW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data) arising from your use of or inability to use BESTMOW services.

    • If your violation of this Policy or of applicable laws and regulations causes losses to BESTMOW or any third party, you shall be fully responsible and liable for all damages (including but not limited to attorney fees and litigation costs).

    • If you violate this Policy or use BESTMOW in any illegal or improper way, BESTMOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately without prior notice and may pursue further legal action if necessary.
